5 Non-Nestle Candies for Halloween + Coupons #aff

With only a few weeks to Halloween, many are starting to look for deals for candy to pass out to the ghouls and goblins.

The ads are filling up too. I know many look for the sales, but, being Nestle-Free, I wanted to give you a list of potential alternatives. Plus, to keep it budget friendly, I’m including some deals too! Some contain affiliate links to help support this website.

 

1) Give fruit!

Are you planning a party? If you want to give out an organic option, here’s a $.50 coupon for Little Duck Organics, Tiny Fruits. A nice alternative to hard candy and chocolate.

3) Admittedly, chocolate may be something you’re being asked for. There is plenty of Nestle-free chocolate and candy for Halloween.

  1. Not too many trick or treaters come to my door any more-they all go to the street party given by our town! I am definitely going to look for that fruit option-what a great idea! And if I end up with most of it left over–better for me as well–

     
  2. OK first of all, no kids would want fruit on halloween. IM 13 and I know that I definatly wouldn’t want crackers either. Please don’t be that one house that hands out fruits and crackers, please. I do like the cheap choclate parts though, those sound like a good option.

     
    1. You are right. It is made by Hershey in the US, but under a license. Kit Kat is a chocolate-covered wafer biscuit bar confection created by Rowntree’s of York, England, and is now produced globally by Nestlé, which acquired Rowntree in 1988, with the exception of the United States where it is made under license by H.B. Reese Candy Company, a division of The Hershey Company.
